Artisan Iberian Bellota pâté

Don Rogelio is an artisanal pâté made in the Sierra de Aracena from Iberian pork liver, which gives it a richness and silkiness impossible to achieve with conventional pork. It is made without artificial preservatives or colourings, following a traditional Sierra recipe. Its texture is coarser and its flavour deeper than any mass-produced pâté.
The Jabugo pâté range, made without preservatives or colourings, is available in several flavours: Pedro Ximénez (with the sweet, nutty touch of Jerez wine), White Pepper, Fine Herbs and Jamón Ibérico.
